Your uploaded content is used to train AI models that serve you specifically

Your proprietary information, documents, and data remain isolated to your account

Process and analyze your content to provide you with personalized insights, recommendations, and AI-generated outputs
Store your content to enable ongoing personalized service delivery
Use your content to improve the AI models that serve your specific account
Retain your content indefinitely to maintain the quality and continuity of your personalized AI experience, even after you delete it from your active account
What We Learn From Aggregate Usage:
We analyze aggregated, anonymized usage patterns across all users (such as which features are most used, common interaction patterns, or system performance metrics)
These aggregate insights help us improve the Service's functionality, user interface, and performance for all users
This analysis does not involve sharing your specific content with other users or incorporating your content into other users' AI models
Cross-User Learning:
While your specific content remains isolated to your account, we may identify general patterns, trends, or insights from observing how users interact with the Service
For example, if we observe that users frequently access certain features in a particular sequence, we might improve the user interface to make that workflow easier
These improvements are based on behavioral patterns and usage analytics, not on the substance of your uploaded content
If you do not consent to this use of your content, do not upload it to the Service. For enterprise customers who require additional data isolation guarantees or custom data handling arrangements, please contact us at info@tempai.io.
